My name is Snezana Rafailovic from Belgrade, Serbia. I am a Construction Technician / Civil Designer, with more than 28 years of experience in Engineering, with work in Architecture / Construction.

My work experience has been very different and good. When I graduated from a Civil Engineering school, I started to work for the company “Energoprojekt”, I was hired as a Construction Technician and I worked 11 years. Working with the best has made me an asset to further work. I continued to I am worked in private company “D.V. Engineering” in Belgrade, 14 years (as Owner together with a colleague). The last few years I have worked in Energoprojekt - Entel in Doha, Qatar and in Power Comm in Belgrade. Both companies they work objects for Energy and Transport of electricity. As a construction technician, I gained experience on numerous projects (preliminary, main and constructional design) of projects from high-rise buildings and on projects for electricity facilities. I mention this because all these objects have different design techniques.

I'm Construction Technician with experience in the design of large buildings in Serbia and abroad ( Vietnam, Qatar, Russia, Montenegro, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina).
As a construction technician, I gained experience on numerous projects (preliminary, main and constructional design). I have been working on different types of projects. From high-rise buildings I was working on the following projects: Residential and business building, Sports Halls, Museums, Hospitals, Hotels, Aqua Park, Embassies, Banks, etc... From objects for Energy and Transport of electricity and gas I was working on the following projects: Associated Facilities At Refinery Centrifugal Type Air Compressor Packages, Design For The Modifications To Various Pipelines And Pipe Supports, Design Pumping Station, Pipeline route drawing ( gas pipeline), Design Substation, Design Thrust block Details, etc. I mention this because all these objects have different design technology and implementation.

My greatest strength is my ability to stay focused on my work and finish tasks in advance of a deadline. I pay careful attention to what I am being told including current projects and details about future projects. My ability to work effectively with many different people because this job involves a lot of team projects, communication very important. I am a very methodical and organized individual. I'm capable of following multiple projects at the same time.
